Most charity events teams do not have a dedicated production manager. You are coordinating the venue, the caterer, the auctioneers and the entertainment alongside the AV. Our job is to take the technical side off your list from the moment you brief us, not to arrive on load-in day and ask you to answer questions you should not have to answer.
We assign a named technical director from the first conversation. That person handles hotel access, liaises with entertainment management on technical riders, attends the site visit and runs the show on the night. You brief one person and that person is accountable.
Budget transparency matters in this sector more than any other. Below are indicative ranges based on event format. These are starting points, not fixed prices. Your actual quote will depend on venue, event length, entertainment requirements and the specific technical specification.
Up to 120 guests. PA for speeches, basic stage, table uplighting and a screen or projector for video content.
150–300 guests. Full staging, LED wall or large format projection, lighting design, PA and live entertainment support.
300+ guests in a major hotel ballroom. Full scenic stage, multiple LED walls, comprehensive lighting design and celebrity entertainment production.
